Terms and Conditions
Effective 23 October 2026. These terms govern use of Patver.online and orders placed with the store.
1. Seller and contact details
The seller operating Patver.online is PARKBER LLC («Պարկբեր» ՍՊԸ), Armenian taxpayer number (ՀՎՀՀ) 08315861. Contact address: 49/2 Komitas Avenue, Yerevan 0051, Armenia. Phone: +374 44 404 403. Email: [email protected]. Hours: Monday–Saturday, 09:00–19:00, Yerevan time.
2. Products and prices
We sell cleaning supplies, paper goods, hygiene products, stationery and other everyday supplies for business and personal use. Product pages specify the item, size, volume, pack quantity and price. Prices are in Armenian drams (AMD/֏). The total for goods and delivery is shown before order confirmation. The offer of up to 15% off large orders is individually quoted according to the products and quantities; it does not automatically apply to every purchase.
3. Placing an order
Orders may be placed on the website, by phone or through WhatsApp/Telegram. The minimum order is AMD 5,000. Provide an accurate name, phone number, email and delivery address. Our manager contacts you to agree availability and delivery time. An automated order-created email is not itself proof of payment. If an item is unavailable or information is incorrect, we agree a solution with you; we do not substitute goods or increase the price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we refund the relevant amount.
4. Delivery
Delivery within Yerevan takes up to 2 days on an agreed schedule. Delivery costs AMD 3,000 for orders below AMD 20,000 and is free for orders of AMD 20,000 or more. Delivery to other Armenian cities is subject to advance agreement on availability, price and timing according to address and order volume. We do not offer delivery outside Armenia. Any extra costs must be agreed before the relevant payment. See Delivery and payment.
5. Payment and card security
Use only the payment methods offered during checkout: cash, bank transfer or bank card where shown. For online card payment, you are redirected to a secure page of Ameriabank or its processing partner. Card details are entered there; Patver.online does not store the full card number or CVV/CVC. Do not give our staff your PIN, password or one-time authentication code. Payment status is checked against the bank response, not merely the browser return page. If an error occurs or you suspect a duplicate charge, contact us before trying to pay again. Online payment is made in AMD; any currency conversion is subject to your bank’s rules.
6. Changes and cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible, quoting your order number, to request a change or cancellation. Before dispatch we will try to stop or amend it. If goods have already been dispatched, we agree the return process while preserving applicable statutory rights. Paid cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
7. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Under the store’s published return policy, unused goods in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Returns of opened hygiene and medical products are restricted, without removing rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. Refunds are made using the original payment method within 7 business days; the time a card credit appears also depends on the bank. Card payments are not refunded in cash. Agree the return address or courier handover with us first. See Returns. These terms do not restrict mandatory statutory rights.
8. Data and website use
Order and enquiry data are processed for the purposes explained in our Privacy Policy. Disrupting the website, unauthorised access, fraudulent orders and unauthorised use of another person’s data are prohibited. The seller is responsible for its obligations under Armenian law.
9. Disputes and updates
Please contact us using the details above for questions or complaints. We seek to resolve disputes through discussion; this does not remove your right to approach a competent authority or court. The laws of the Republic of Armenia apply. Business customers may have additional terms in a separate contract or agreed quotation. Updated versions are published here with a date and do not retrospectively worsen the terms of an already confirmed order.
