We want you to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll sort it out.

When you can return an item

• Within 14 days of receipt, if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
• If you received a defective, damaged or wrong item, we will replace it or refund you at our expense.

Exceptions

• Opened hygiene and medical products cannot be returned unless defective.

• Refunds are made using the original payment method within 7 business days.
