Privacy Policy
Effective 23 October 2026. This policy explains how Patver.online processes visitor and customer information.
1. Data operator
The data operator is PARKBER LLC («Պարկբեր» ՍՊԸ), Armenian taxpayer number (ՀՎՀՀ) 08315861. Contact address: 49/2 Komitas Avenue, Yerevan 0051, Armenia. For data enquiries: [email protected], +374 44 404 403.
2. Information we receive
Depending on your actions, we receive your name, phone number, email, delivery and billing addresses, company name and invoicing details, order items, quantities, amount, payment status and messages. Registration also involves account information. Technical systems may process IP addresses, browser/device information, visit times and security logs. Please do not send personal or sensitive information that is unnecessary for your order.
3. Purposes and grounds
We use information to process and deliver orders, contact you, verify payments, issue invoices, handle returns and complaints, manage accounts, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Processing is based on your order or enquiry, contractual actions, grounds provided by law and your consent where required. Without necessary information we may be unable to fulfil the relevant order or request. Statistical analytics has a separate choice.
4. Card payments
For online card payments you enter card details on the secure page of Ameriabank or its processing partner. Patver.online does not store the full card number or CVV/CVC. We receive the transaction identifier, amount and status to verify payment and process refunds. The bank processes card information under its own terms and privacy rules.
5. Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies support the cart, sign-in, language, security and storage of consent choices. If you enable statistics, Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics may process visit and purchase events, such as pages, products, order identifiers, amounts and currency. Statistical analytics is disabled by default until you choose to enable it. You may change your choice using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the website. Names, phone numbers and email addresses are not intended to be sent to analytics.
6. Recipients
Access is given to authorised staff handling your order and, where necessary, delivery, payment, hosting, security and messaging providers. Technical services may include Ameriabank/its processing partner, Cloudflare, Resend and, when analytics is enabled, Google. Order notifications go to the store’s working mailbox, including its forwarding route to Gmail. If you contact us through WhatsApp/Telegram, those platforms also process messages under their own rules. Information may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
7. Overseas services and retention
Some technical providers may process information outside Armenia. Such transfers are subject to the grounds and safeguards required by Armenian law. Information is retained only as needed for orders, service, security, disputes and mandatory accounting/legal purposes. Payment transaction evidence is also kept for the period required by the bank agreement. Information is then deleted or anonymised unless further retention is required by law.
8. Your rights
You may request information about your data and processing purposes, correction of errors, restriction or deletion in cases provided by law, and withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal does not undo prior lawful processing or mandatory retention. Contact [email protected]; proportionate identity verification may be requested. You may complain to Armenia’s authorised personal data protection body or a court if your rights are infringed.
9. Security and updates
We use HTTPS and access restrictions. No online system can guarantee absolute security; keep account and payment authentication information confidential. Updates are published here with a revised date. See our Terms and Conditions.
